How to order

Payment in advance

After you have placed your order by e-mail, you will receive an invoice by e-mail. You have to pay the invoice two weeks before the arranged delivery date at the latest. We hope you understand, that we can only send the product, after we have received the money.

Method of payment

You can pay with a bank transfer - within European Union by EU-bank-transfer with IBAN- and BIC-code - or with an international postal transfer.

Return if not satisfied

If you are not content with the product, you can send it back within 7 days.

Damage by transport

The parcels are normally sent insured, but sometimes claims for damage are only accepted within a short period of time. So if you get your parcel with a damage, please tell us immediately by e-mail. Inform us also, if you haven't got your parcel more than two weeks after the arranged delivery date.
